A new choral work by Judith Bingham receives its premiere on 14 November. Commissioned by the St Louis Chamber Chorus, A Bird is Singing sets a poem by the composer, taken from Belarus folk songs and Un oiseau chante by Guillaume Apollinaire.
St Louis Chamber Chorus and conductor Philip Barnes commissioned the work, and first perform it on 14th November 2010, at Temple Shaare Emeth, Creve Coeur, St. Louis, Missouri.
